Run Of The Dead

The story goes…

Every small town has its share of secrets. The village of Plymouth, located in Northeast Ohio, is no different. In October of 1977, an event happened that was so horrific in nature, that it stunned the small village. It never made its way to the main stream media due to the government helping the village elders cover it up. The incident would mark the first time an actual zombie attack happened in human history.

The bodies of the zombies and the infected were incinerated. Scientific research teams were brought into the village to conduct numerous tests and studies, but no explanation could be found as to why the dead walked again. Some residents feared the town had mysteriously fallen under a curse. Many families moved away from Plymouth terrified it would happen again. Their premonition proved to be accurate, as every October since that fateful one in 1977, the dead have clawed their way from the earth, seeking one thing… human flesh! These events have been kept secret from the media for over 33 years…until now.

Ever since a short clip hit the internet in 2011, Plymouth has not only been overrun with the usual police and research teams of years past, it has also given rise to a new past time for a special breed of adventure seekers. These unique individuals have even put a name to this rare phenomenon…The Run of the Dead.
